In the frames of the year «France-Russia 2010» the Kaliningrad Branch of the National Centre for Contemporary Arts presents the following projects:
Festival unites several generations of musicians and artists, introducing a present-day range of trends and technologies of the Kaliningrad electronic music scene: from dance to sound art, from lo-fi to media-installations.

Kalmar Konstmuseum (Sweden) in collaboration with Kaliningrad Branch of the National Centre for Contemporary Arts present Living in a Modern Society exhibition.
The opening of the exhibition will be held on November 13, 2009 in the Kaliningrad State Art Gallery.

On April 24, 2009 there was a presentation of the Photofobia-2 project within the framework of the Baltic Biennale of Photography Photomania-2009 at the Kaliningrad Art Gallery.
Photofobia-2 is a program of films created on the basis of photographs. Artists working with various digital media (animation, 3D, video, etc) were invited to take part in the project. Each participant was to fulfill the 2 main terms: provide one image for the other artist to create a film on its basis, and create a film on the basis of one image received from the other participant of the project.

On April 24 at 4 p.m. there will be a presentation of solo exhibition «Baltyisk» by Anastasya Khoroshilova within the framework of the Baltic Biennale of Photography Photomania-2009 at the Kaliningrad Art Gallery. The audience got an opportunity to see the 14 photos made by the author during her visit to Baltyisk in 2005. Anastasia tried to approach the unique atmosphere of this city, that mixture of history, the army and everyday life and to explain it in visual terms.

On April 14, 2009 at 6.30 p.m. a meeting with an artist from Berlin Shahram Entekhabi was held in the lecture hall of the Art Gallery in the framework of the education program of the Kaliningrad Branch of NCCA.

On June 17, 2009 in the conference hall of the A.P.Tchekhov library a meeting with the director of the Laura Palmer Foundation Joanna Warsza (Warsaw, Poland) was held in the framework of the educational program of the Kaliningrad Branch of NCCA.
